1. Services Provided
Vida Care Homes provides high-quality, compassionate senior care, including 24-hour care, companionship, assistance with daily living, and specialized services tailored to the needs of each resident. Our services are designed to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being in a safe, comfortable environment.
2. Eligibility for Services
To receive care at Vida Care Homes, individuals must meet specific health and eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to assess each potential resident’s needs and determine if our facility is the appropriate care facility.
3. Resident Agreements
Before a resident is admitted, a detailed care agreement will be signed, outlining the terms of care, services provided, fees, and other important conditions. This agreement must be reviewed and signed by the resident (or their legal representative) prior to admission.
4. Payment and Fees
Residents or their designated representatives are responsible for all fees associated with their care. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the care agreement, and residents must adhere to the payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in discontinuation of services with notice being provided.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality

6. Resident Conduct
Residents and their families are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other residents. Vida Care Homes is a community, and we strive to maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect. Any disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in a review of services, and in some cases, termination of care.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vida Care Homes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. We strive to provide the best care possible but are not responsible for unforeseen medical complications or events outside of our control.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will be effective as they are posted. It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms periodically for updates.
9. Termination of Services
Vida Care Homes may terminate services for any resident if they no longer meet the eligibility requirements, or if payment is not received within the agreed-upon time frame. Residents or their representatives may also choose to terminate services at any time with required notice provided.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vida Care Homes, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, or any violation of these Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Saskatchewan.
